With a glimmer of teal and a soft white poi beneath its chin, this felted tūī is here to sing stories of the forest into your little one's play.
A treasured songbird of Aotearoa, the tūī is known for its melodic calls and iridescent feathers. Our handcrafted wool version captures its character with deep blue and brown tones, and of course, its iconic throat tufts. Whether perched among playscapes or gifted to nature lovers, this tūī is a beautiful tribute to New Zealand’s native wildlife.

The natural oils in felted wool act as an amazing dirt and liquid repellent.
However, if necessary:
- Spot clean carefully with a damp sponge
- Use only cool/warm water & a mild soap
- Do not machine wash
- Do not bleach
- Do not dry in sun
- Store away from moisture, pests and direct light
